Titanium seamless tubes of Gr1 Gr2 Gr3 Gr5 Gr7 Gr9 Gr12 have the property of anti-corrosion、 the half weight as steel in common and are regarded as economic 、environmental protective material for long term investment .

Unalloyed Titanium seamless tube Gr1(Grade 1) has the lowest tensile strength and yield strength among in order to be easily shaped. It could be shaped to coil and installed in the heat pump 、square tube、and customized in any suitable shape .

Unalloyed Titanium seamless tube Gr2(Grade 2) is mostly used in condenser and pressure vessel for heat-exchange in project of thermal power station 、nuclear power station 、desalinization project 、chemical industry and medical field . It is easy to be expanded and welded on the titanium plate.

Unalloyed Titanium seamless tube Gr3(Grade 3) ’s mechanical property is higher than Gr2 and is also used in the pressure vessel which would bear high pressure.
Titanium alloy tube Gr5 (6% aluminum, 4% vanadium )  has the highest mechanical property but as light as others and used in military equipment.

Titanium alloy tube Gr7 (Unalloyed titanium plus 0.12 to 0.25% palladium ) has the best anti-corrosive property and the most expensive because there is 0.12%～0.25% Palladium in it .

Titanium alloy tube Gr9 (3% aluminum , 2.5% Vanadium )  is for the frame of racing bicycle because of its high mechanical property .

Titanium alloy tube Gr12 (0.3% molybdenum, 0.8% nickel)  is used for the pressure vessel in the salt making industry . It has the better anti-corrosive property than unalloyed titanium such as Gr1 Gr2 Gr3 but not as good as Gr7 tube.
