Product overview

ISWB single stage single suction horizontal oil pump adopts the most advanced hydraulic model, according to theIS type single stage single suction centrifugal pump vertical pump performance parameters and the unique structure combination design, and in strict accordance with the ISO2858 international design and manufacturing,the product seal made of hard alloy mechanical seal device, with high efficiency and energy saving, reliable performance, convenient to install and use.

Main uses

1 for the transport of water and physical and chemical properties similar to water using of other liquid, suitable for industrial and city water supply and drainage, pressurized water to high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler, fire booster, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and hot water circulation pressurization and ancillary equipment, the use of t ≤ 80 ℃temperature.

2 widely used in: metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking and hotels and other hot water boiler pressurized circulating transport and city heating system, iswr using t ≤ 120 ℃temperature.

3 for conveying solid particles, corrosive, viscosity similar to liquid water, used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy,electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fibers and other departments, the use oftemperature is -20℃~ +120 ℃.

4 gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel for transportation and other oil products or flammable, explosive liquid, the transported medium temperature is -20 ~ +120 ℃.

•low noise: two low noise bearing support under the pump, smooth operation, except for slight sound of motor,the basic no noise.

•easy installation and maintenance, with no need to open the tube road system, as long as the pump discharge at the nut to be pulled out all the rotor component.

•low failure rate: a simple and reasonable structure, the key part of the international first-class quality matching,the MTBF is greatly improved.

•repair convenience: replacement of the seal, bearing, simple and convenient.

•more space-effective: export to the left, right, up three directions, and piping installation, space saving.
